Climate
Martinique has a tropical and humid climate with an average temperature of 23 degrees to 29 degrees Celsius. (75°- to 85° Fahrenheit). In fact, the average monthly temperatures remain remarkably stable, varying by only about 5º Fahrenheit year-round. The climate is moderated by trade winds, which bring refreshing breezes from the northeast throughout the year. The rainy and humid season is from June to October and December through May is considered the dry season. The island is vulnerable to devastating cyclones (hurricanes) every eight years on average.
